Main Responsibilities:
- Promote the entire line of NAPA products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with local Store Managers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, including resolving complaints and questions.
- Perform educational seminars and presentations to promote NAPA product lines and services.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in Retail or outside sales.
- 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role with quota-driven environment experience.
- Able to present information in group meetings.
