Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Advocate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting NAPA products and services, and identifying business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Promote NAPA products and services to existing and new customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with local Store Managers to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capture market share.
- Stay up-to-date on new product lines and features through regular meetings with manufacturer's representatives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Prior experience in a quota-driven environment with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
