About the Role:
The Customer Sales Representative is a key position within our NAPA team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with our local Store Managers to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement effective solutions. This includes promoting our entire line of NAPA products and services to Wholesale Customers, identifying specific needs of customers and aligning solutions with NAPA's offerings, and engaging customers and keeping them connected through all of NAPA's eSales programs.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Retail store or outside sales
- 2 years of experience in a customer focused role and the ability to perform in a quota-driven environment
- Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years required
