Customer Focus and Growth:
We are seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing plans to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Identify opportunities for growth and work collaboratively with local Store Managers to implement sales strategies
- Promote NAPA's products and services to existing and new customers, highlighting their value and benefits
- Work closely with manufacturer's representatives to improve program offerings and enhance customer knowledge
- Deliver high-quality training and education to customers on NAPA's product lines and services
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in a quota-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
Bonus Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Background in the Automotive Industry
