NAPA IBS is a leading provider of single-source supply chain management solutions, offering a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of its customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the IBS team to procure and manage parts, tires, bulk fluids, and non-automotive inventory for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process electronic part requests from technicians using the IBS HUB computer system.
- Collaborate with suppliers to fulfill work order requests from customers.
- Assist in receiving supply/stock orders and maintain the cleanliness of the site, stock room, and outside areas.
- Inform management immediately of customer sales/service concerns and address them accordingly.
- Meet the qualifications and requirements listed below:
- Prior experience in warehouse management, parts procurement, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to source hard-to-find items using internet search, catalogs, blueprints, etc.
- Comfortable working in a fleet shop environment.
- Exposure to fumes or airborne particles may occur while performing job duties.
- Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift.
- Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes up to 60 pounds.
- Able to reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary.
- Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable Transportation are required.
