Job Title: NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist
We are a leading automotive parts store, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be the face of our retail store, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in automotive parts.
About the Role:
- Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone.
- Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members in answering questions for customers.
- Offer outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store.
- Welcome retail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for helping customers with their auto parts and service questions.
- Background in the automotive industry or experience tinkering with/repairing cars & trucks.
- Ability to learn all things automotive if you don't have prior experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
