Job Summary
This is a highly dynamic role that requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to promote heavy duty products within assigned territories.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to customers, either in-person or via telephone.
- Work closely with Store Managers and Regional Managers to create effective territory sales plans.
- Promote Traction's entire line of heavy duty products and programs to both existing and potential customers.
Key Qualifications:
- Six months experience in heavy duty sales, preferably in a counter or outside sales environment.
- Previous route or delivery vehicle driving experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
