About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Major Accounts and Auto Care sales efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the Auto Care and Major Account programs, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned territory sales quota.
- Present and communicate the benefits of NAPA Major Account programs to Major Accounts, resulting in successful program adoption.
- Promote the value of joining the Auto Care program to Auto Care prospects, leading to increased enrollments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program adoption and overall execution.
- Manage Major Accounts and Auto Cares in assigned territories, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
- Sales acumen, communication and customer focus, resilience and adaptability, results orientation and financial acumen, product knowledge, and technology proficiency.
