We are looking for a Parts and Service Advisor to join our NAPA team! As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customers receive the right auto parts solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on auto parts solutions to customers in person at the counter or over the phone
- Use your extensive knowledge of automotive parts to assist other team members answer questions for customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new developments
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment
- Background in the automotive industry or experience tinkering with/repairing cars & trucks
- Ability to learn all things automotive if you don't have prior experience
- High School Diploma or GED and technical or trade school courses or degree
