Store Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our store team and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a successful store team and support the store manager.
- Manage daily operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service.
- Build, coach, train, and engage crew teams to deliver superior levels of customer care and business results.
- Inventory protection, asset management, operational, and safety issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or willingness to learn.
- Possession of ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How, or other relevant skills.
- Ability to lift 60lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
