The role of a Store Counter Sales specialist at Genuine Parts Company offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment. As the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and solutions, you will leverage your automotive knowledge to assist both retail and wholesale customers while providing outstanding customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include providing auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone. You will also use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members in answering questions for customers, and provide exceptional customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable working in a team environment.
