- Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person, over the phone or through technology.
- Use your knowledge of automotive parts to assist other team members in answering customer questions.
- Deliver outstanding customer care and interactions with all customers who visit our stores.
- Bring a customer-focused approach and high energy to our fast-paced stores.
- Welcome retail customers into our stores and engage with them to provide a positive consumer experience.

What We Need:
- A valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or a willingness to learn.
- A High School Diploma or GED and Technical or Trade school courses or degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A love for fast-paced retail environments.
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- A background or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
- Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision.
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
- A customer-centric approach (internal and external).
- ASE Certifications.
