Job Title: Automotive Counter Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional NAPA Know How service to Wholesale customers and assist Retail Customers with their auto parts needs.
- Learn to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of all things automotive and a passion for delivering customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to train and learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in the retail industry, preferably in an automotive parts department or dealership.
- A high school diploma or GED and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- The ability to process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
