The Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to achieve success in a pay-for-performance business-to-business, outside sales role through growing our current customers and creating new ones by promoting our entire line of products and services.

A Day in the Life
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits.
- Promoting the entire line of NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers.
- Working with local store managers to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiating, contacting, managing, and developing leads on a local basis.
- Identifying specific customer needs and aligning solutions with NAPA's offerings.
- Collaborating with manufacturer representatives to improve program offerings and grow customer knowledge of lines.
- Engaging customers and keeping them connected through all of NAPA's eSales programs.
- Delivering educational seminars, clinics, and presentations on NAPA product lines and services.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and providing strong customer service, including solving customer problems, complaints, and questions in person or by telephone.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a retail store or outside sales environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, with the ability to perform in a quota-driven environment.
- A strong understanding and demonstration of basic selling skills, such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customer resistance, closing the sale, and account maintenance.
- The capability to present information in group meetings.
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years.
