Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Store Stock Associate to join our team of Auto Parts professionals at Genuine Parts Company.
Responsibilities:
- Pull orders for dispatchers, drivers, and retail/wholesale customers accurately and completely within prescribed time frames.
- Clean up boxes, packing materials, pallets, and facility areas, adhering to safety rules and hazardous material handling procedures.
- Maintain inventory control and follow established protocols for product placement and identification.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in stocking, loading, or pulling.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Fully literate with the ability to recognize part numbers and line codes for accurate placement.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a terminal.
- Lifting capacity of up to 60 pounds and ability to push/pull 300 pounds using a hitch-and-go dolly.
- Ability to move heavy equipment and repeatedly bend or stoop to reach upper shelves.
- Must be able to work on their feet for assigned shifts.
