Job Summary: Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling CSG Systems products to automotive repair facilities within assigned territory.
Key Performance Measures:
- Meet monthly and annual sales quotas
- Grow sales of NAPA TRACS products in the specified market
- Increase profit from new and existing customers
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of CSG Systems products
- Install and train customers on software and hardware
- Communicate with store owners and repair facilities to facilitate parts purchases and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with distribution center management to ensure customer support and connectivity
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years software sales experience
- Outside selling experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- BS/BA Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business preferred
- Automotive aftermarket industry knowledge
- Computer software, networking, and hardware knowledge
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Strong territory and time management skills
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
- Travel required 50% time involving driving to customer locations
Salary: $58,750 annually
