This role involves oversight of financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management. Responsibilities:
- Lead daily and period-end accounting functions
- Manage reporting and financial analysis across multiple assets
- Oversee audits, forecasts, and budgeting processes
- Collaborate on system improvements and reporting tools
- Support special projects and business initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 10 years of commercial real estate or related experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel; JD Edwards a plus
