Our client, a real estate investment firm with over $20 Billion in AUM, is looking for a Director to lead their real estate investment and development initiatives. This role will focus on identifying, acquiring, and developing industrial properties and diverse asset classes, including mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the acquisition and development of industrial and diverse real estate assets.
- Negotiate and structure acquisitions and development agreements.
- Oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, from site selection to project delivery.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the acquisitions and development team.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and development
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record in industrial and diversified real estate asset classes
Salary : $275,000 - $325,000
