Our client is a multi-billion dollar real estate firm with ownership of several high-profile commercial properties throughout the US.
They are seeking a Property Assistant to join the team and assist with the day-to-day operations of their commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with tenants and follow up for tenant services
- Review certificates of insurance and track active and expired certificates
- Processes Invoices, Purchase Orders and Service Order Agreements on a timely basis
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documentation, including leases, insurance policies, and maintenance records
- Receive calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting, monitoring expenses and income for assigned properties
- Provide administrative support to property management team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in property management or administration in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
