We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential building located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is impeccably maintained, residents receive white-glove service, and all financial and operational goals are achieved. This individual will lead on-site staff, manage vendor relationships, and uphold the building’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and concierge services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards are met.
- Coordinate and supervise all repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
- Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Maintain open communication with residents through regular updates and community events.
- Enforce community rules and regulations diplomatically.
- Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and concierge.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management
- Experience overseeing at least 300 units
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of building systems and residential operations.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
