Experience :
7 years of commercial construction experience
Healthcare project experience preferred
Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for managing highly complex and detailed construction projects while staying on schedule and meeting the client's needs from project start to close
The Project Manager will own the lead role and guide the project team in their assigned duties and ensure excellent communication and documentation are viewed as a priority
Prepares project status reports and works to ensure work adheres to contract specifications
