In this role, you’ll support the accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, timely reconciliations, and smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and review financial statements and internal reports
- Assist with audits, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial trends
- Monitor compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures
- Help improve workflows, reporting tools, and accounting processes
- Contribute to cash flow management and financial planning efforts
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Excel
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- A desire to work with purpose and contribute to something bigger
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
