What You'll Do
- Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, analysts, creatives, and developers to craft user-centered solutions.
- Assist UX leads in crafting UX documentation, personas, journey maps, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and functional annotations.
- Participate actively in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings
- Engage in user research initiatives, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, accessibility audits, interviews, card sorting, and tree testing.
- Engage in content strategy activities such as content audits, planning workshops, and prioritization
- Translate research insights into actionable UX recommendations.
- Support preparation of engaging client presentations and pitch research.
- Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Information Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting and articulating design decisions.
- Strong sense of accountability, quality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently but also proactively seek guidance and support.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from every experience.
- Previous experience or coursework in user research or usability testing.
- Familiarity with real-time collaboration tools like Miro
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma and exposure to design systems
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development.
- Interest in digital marketing and creative agency culture.
