Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead S&OP Processes: Oversee bi-monthly S&OP meetings to ensure effective coordination between Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial business units.
- Demand Planning Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive demand planning strategies to optimize inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels across all global regions.
Requirements
- 10 years of professional experience within the Demand Planning function.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics highly preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft ERP strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
