Responsibilities
- Lab Tasks:
- Package semen according to ABS standards.
- Assist in sorting and applying tags for racks.
- Print straws meeting quality, quantity, and timing expectations.
- Operate filler and sealer machines with precision.
- Evaluate semen quality by adhering to ABS standards.
- Prepare materials for barns.
- Clean, sanitize, and sterilize equipment.
- Participate in taking samples for IVOS cell analyzer analysis.
- Thaw and analyze samples for post-thaw motility.
- Maintain bull collection records and generate daily barn reports.
- Update straw printer database and tag usage database.
