What Winning Looks Like:
· Timely and effective communication with clients, advisors, and team.
· Prepare and process paperwork for new and existing business.
· Provide turnkey support and monitoring until each plan is fully implemented.
· Provide excellent support and assistance to clients and advisors.
· Provide support by answering incoming phone calls for various offices.
· Answer service calls from clients and assist them with transactions or questions.
· Schedule, prepare, and follow up on annual reviews as required.
· Proactively maintain a strong knowledge of industry and company systems

Education and Experience
· A college degree is helpful but not required.
· High school or equivalent diploma.
Physical Requirements:
· Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; sit; use hands/fingers to handle or feel equipment, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
· Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily indoors with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer but may be required to work outdoors for events. The noise level in the office is minimal.

Pay Range: $38,000-55,000 annually goal-driven profit sharing benefits
