YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Data Architecture & Governance to execute our data strategy, design innovative hybrid data architectures, and ensure the adoption of robust governance practices across the organization. This role will oversee a team of data management professionals ensuring that the team is aligned with our strategic business goals and equipped with the skills needed to execute and deliver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and governance, coupled with the leadership skills needed to drive change and align data initiatives with our business objectives.

The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $126,800 up to the maximum of $246,400. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 20% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
