Location: Northern New Jersey (primarily serving NJ & NYC)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Driller’s Helper. This is a full-time, year-round position with the opportunity for immediate placement. No experience is needed — we provide training and a clear path for advancement based on performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with soil boring drilling, sampling, and observation well installations

• Lift and handle heavy tools and equipment; digging and shoveling as needed

• Help load and unload equipment at each job site

• Maintain clear, professional communication with crew members and the office

Qualifications / Requirements

•      Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

•      Willingness to work extended hours as needed

•      Comfortable working in tight spaces, as well as outdoors in varying weather

•      Able to lift 100 lbs and stand for long periods of time

•      OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 preferred (not required)

•      CDL Class B preferred, or ability to obtain within a year
