PART-TIME REGISTERED NURSE

**Responsibilities and Qualifications**
Working alongside our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide nursing care to inmates/detainees while maintaining a safe and secure workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories
- Securingly administering medication and documenting detainee/inmate contacts
- Supervising the workflow of the LPN staff and providing input into performance evaluations
- Documenting all interactions and keeping medical records confidential
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an approved program
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state where the facility is located
- Two years of direct work experience preferred
- Competence in crisis intervention, medical emergencies, physical assessment, and psychiatric nursing care
- A valid driver's license
