About Us: Geo-Solutions, Inc. is a growing organization dedicated to helping clients solve their problems with soil and groundwater using innovative construction solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a general Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and organize files and documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assist with coordinating and booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel related tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide support to various departments, as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Help keep the office organized.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
