Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an Environmental Scientist with up to 3 years of experience to join our Raleigh (Knightdale), North Carolina. We’re growing, and this is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming environmental professional to grow with us! This is a role for a dynamic individual looking for career growth in our Environmental Department, which serves a diverse client base, providing due diligence, regulatory consulting, site remediation, and similar services.

- Prepare technical reports and deliverables (including appropriate figures, analysis summary tables, and exploration logs)
- Review laboratory reports and tabulate analytical data
- Collect samples for soil, groundwater, and soil gas vapor analysis
- Perform Phase I ESAs
- Ability to grow into such areas as Phase II ESAs, regulatory interaction, Brownfields redevelopment, vapor intrusion, site remediation, asbestos/lead-based paint surveys, and project management.
- 0-3 years of Phase I and Phase II experience preferred, but not required.
- BS Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and focused, with good attention to detail
