Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit marketing proposals that meet industry standards
- Provide administrative assistance to proposal managers
- Work with marketing and business personnel to create consistent branding
- Take the lead in proposal development and ensure timely submission
Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Technical Writing, Journalism, Strategic Communication, or a related field
- 0-10 years of experience in related work experience as a Proposal Writer or similar role
- Previous experience in business or technical writing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher), Adobe Acrobat, and document formatting techniques
- Demonstrated solid technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple concurrent projects
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in writing business proposals for A/E projects
- Previous experience with Adobe InDesign
- Keen eye for detail and skills in compliance, style, and consistency throughout written documents
