We are looking for passionate Therapists for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed to practice in North Carolina and have experience working with adult and / or child and adolescent populations. #LI-HYBRID
Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families
- Refer clients to specialists if necessary
- Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
- Monitor client progress during treatment
- Fully Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Child Therapist)
- Prior experience in psychotherapy
- Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
- Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
- Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
