Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Westlake

We are actively seeking to hire Licensed Mental Health Therapists who can partner with us to achieve that mission.  You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers.  Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. 

This is a Hybrid role based in our Westlake, TX office.

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families
• Refer clients to specialists if necessary
• Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
• Monitor client progress during treatment
• Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Prior experience in psychotherapy
• Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
• Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
• Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
