Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through psychotherapy and other evidence-based care approaches.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide care coordination and crisis intervention as needed.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments of clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system.
Requirements
- Licensure: Be fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
- Experience: Have at least one year of professional experience doing psychotherapy.
- Skills: Possess a passion for high-quality care, proficiency in EMR systems, and a strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
