Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families, refer clients to specialists if necessary, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress during treatment.
Requirements: Fully licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar), prior experience in psychotherapy.
Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations; may involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation, fine finger coordination required for typing and pressing objects, ability to speak clearly with patients and team members, ability to hear and understand others when speaking.
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
