GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Shipping/Receiving Supervisor. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Guides shipping & receiving employees to meet objectives by orienting, training, assigning, and coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Supervises Shipping / Receiving / Inventory personnel to safely and accurately meet the logistic and inventory needs of our internal and external customers.
- Manages inventory records to include the centralized ERP system records, lead all cycle and year end counts and conduct any reconciliation of inventory.
- Coordinate with buyers and manufacturing to ensure materials are pulled and staged for production use.
- Verify and store manufactured products. Lead the processing of work orders received into the ERP system and warehouse storage.
- Ensures that all outbound material is shipped accurately, with proper paperwork, to include Bill of Lading, Packing List, and proper Customs paperwork (if applicable).
- Ensures that inbound material is received properly, routed properly, and accounted for properly, both physically and within the ERP system.
- Leads the practices of safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific Health and Safety expectations.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a manufacturing & logistics environment.
- Extensive applicable regulatory knowledge to DOT and HAZMAT
- Some experience supervising people in warehouse operations.
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations.
- Ability to interface with personnel across all levels of the business.
