This is a year-round career with a busy Home Performance Company. This is a great opportunity for the right person which pays a minimum of $20.00 per hour and more based on experience. Insulation Installer

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise insulation staff.

• Assess job details and create workflow at the job site.

• Work with all types of Insulation Materials, including, Injection Foam, Spray Polyurethane Foam and Blown Cellulose

• Installing ventilation and other necessary products in homes.

• Have to be able to fit into tight spaces, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.

• Work with hand tools, drills, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation.

• Feel comfortable on ladders and roofs.

• Work effectively to complete jobs in a timely, efficient manner.

• Maintain a clean driving record and be insurable to drive company vehicles.

• Chauffeur License (Preferred) or willing to obtain.

• Insulation experience is preferred but not required.

• Construction experience is preferred but not required.
