Geoghegan Roofing is looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team in Louisville, KY . If you have a strong background in commercial roofing, leadership experience, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do :
Lead and oversee commercial roofing service and repair projects
Interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution
Conduct quality control checks to maintain high workmanship standards
Train, guide, and manage roofing technicians on-site
Perform and supervise repairs, maintenance, and installation of low-slope commercial roofing systems
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve roofing issues efficiently
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Technician in commercial roofing
Expertise in modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems, service & repairs, and maintenance
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively
Problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making skills on-site
Hands-on experience with various roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques
What We Offer :
Pay Range : $28 - $38 per hour (based on experience)
