This position requires a combination of technical expertise in GIS and strong sales acumen to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Required Knowledge and Skills :
- Client Acquisition & Management :
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Solution Selling :
- Understand and articulate the value of GIS solutions in addressing client challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client input and market trends.
- Sales Reporting & Strategy :
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
- Contribute to sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets.
