GEOKON is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to work alongside leaders and product development teams improving processes, culture and promoting lean practices in product development, ensuring on time and on budget projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist development team determining and defining project scope and objectives
Develop project plans and maintain project documentation adhering to ISO procedures.
Track Project costs.
Provide project updates and reports on a continuous basis to various stakeholders, strategy, adjustments and progress.
Serves at point of contact for all departments
Develop continuous improvement working with Leadership and functional department managers to improve internal process and over lean initiative.
Utilize Lean principals and AI to help teams develop problem statements, scope, objectives and plan to complete projects.
Consult departments as required for problem-solving, scheduling an information.
Requirements:Bachelor Degree required, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired.
7 to 10 years previous project management experience
Excellent analytical skills
Experience managing continuous improvement projects and leading teams using lean principles and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Solid technical background -familiarity with mechanical (sensor) and electrical (data acquisition engineering and software projects desired.
