ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet or exceed established telecom sales quotas.
- Engage prospects effectively to understand their telecom needs and communicate GeoLinks’ value proposition.
- Proactively find and contact leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of B2B telecom clients.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations of GeoLinks’ telecom products and services.
- Accurately document sales orders, agreements, and reports daily (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Manage customer accounts throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction post-installation.
- Participate in industry and community events to expand sales opportunities.
- Proven track record in telecom sales, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with technology and telecom industry trends.
- Ability to balance remote work with in-person responsibilities as needed.
- Strong adaptability to a hybrid work environment, managing tasks both remotely and in person.
- Exceptional teamwork, professionalism, and organizational skills.
- Dedication to achieving high-quality results and exceeding productivity standards.
