The GEON Graduate Rotational program (G-Force) combines leadership sponsorship, real-world special and unique projects, ongoing learning and development, and competency development to create an exceptional and dynamic GEON future leader.
How it works:
Two-year program for recent college graduates.
Commercial assignments including Inside Sales followed by placement in Territory Management (relocation required).
Mentorship by experienced GEON business leaders.

We want YOU on our team if you meet the following criteria:
Recent or soon-to-be college graduate (bachelor’s degree or above) with prior experience including relevant internships, work experience or projects.
Current and future leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences are required.
Willing to relocate as needed for career advancement. Relocation preference will be taken into consideration, if possible.
