Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with at least three years of quality experience in civil litigation to join their expanding San Bernardino office. The ideal candidate will possess strong case management skills, including experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and participating in court proceedings.
This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity for partial remote work; however, the candidate must reside in the San Bernardino/Riverside area to attend in-person hearings, depositions, client meetings, and other necessary in-person engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee civil litigation cases from start to finish.
- Draft and respond to written discovery.
- Conduct depositions and participate in court proceedings.
- Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies.
- Attend hearings, trials, depositions, and other legal meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent professional reputation.
- Admission to practice law in California or the willingness to sit for the California Bar Exam.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
