Key Responsibilities
Creative Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for marketing materials, including advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
Storytelling: Develop captivating narratives, engaging copy, and impactful brand stories that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
Creative Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop high-impact campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Project Management: Oversee creative projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Creative Problem-Solving: Analyze customer behaviors, industry trends, and data insights to identify creative opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Design & Aesthetics: Utilize a foundational understanding of graphic design principles to collaborate effectively with designers and ensure visually appealing campaigns.
Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams (of designers, developers, copywriters and quality assurance team) to align creative efforts with overarching business strategies and technical boundaries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience working in creative environments, preferably in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy roles.
Strong ability to think outside the box and develop innovative, forward-thinking strategies.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage creative teams.
Effective project management skills, including experience handling deadlines, budgets, and multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to strategy.
Proficiency in creative writing, storytelling, and content marketing.
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
Tech-savvy understanding of web platform capabilities and limitations.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Pay-per Click (PPC), email marketing, social media, and advertising strategies.
Strong ability for collaboration with ability to delegate and trust others, giving and receiving constructive feedback, conflict management and professional etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
4 years experience working with creative agencies or in-house marketing teams.
