Knowledge Requirement
A heavy equipment operator must possess knowledge to perform his/her job satisfactorily. The essential criteria must include the knowledge And Experience:
- Heavy equipment operation
- Maintenance and repair of heavy and power-driven equipment
- New methods and techniques of operation and the parts of the equipment
- Workplace safety practices
- Both manual and electronic operations
Minimum Experience Requirement
- Dozer: Clearing and Grading - 3 years
- Excavator/Backhoe - 3 years
- Earthmover, Scraper - 2 years
- Motor grader - 3 years
- Off-road Truck - 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
