Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties (excluding residential / multifamily apartments / condos). This role focuses on lease administration, financial reporting, tenant relations, and property maintenance . The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management and a strong ability to optimize asset performance .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations , develop asset plans , and foster positive owner-tenant relationships .
- Ensure lease compliance , mitigate risks, and oversee tenant improvements .
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and CAM reconciliations .
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for cost-effective, high-quality services.
- Provide analytical support and communicate regularly with senior executives.
