Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering scalable solutions to meet business needs.
- The role demands a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools. o Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Development:
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, including customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Technical Leadership:
- Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring quality delivery of technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Integration and Customization:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect.
- Implement custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
System Administration and Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper deployment and version control processes using tools like Git or Azure DevOps.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and technical challenges.
- Conduct workshops or training sessions to empower end-users and technical teams.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test cases.
