Job Title : Logistic Coordinator
Contract: 1yr extension
Work Address: 284 Mawsons Way Newberry, SC 29108
Working hour: 6PM - 03:00AM (Night Shift)
Job Function/Description:
- Be responsible for LSP(Logistics Service Provider) Management
- Create and report to HQ (Proposal, Performance report for revenue)
- Develop/Enhance supply chain process for efficiency and organize KPI’s
- Manage transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Be responsible for responding to customers’ inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Arrange special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Manage booking status for all inbound shipments
- Data entry in operation system (Cello)
- Manage tracking information and fix the shipping errors during the shipment process
- Ensure the quality of all services provided and meets the required standards from company policy
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma/ GED required
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in logistics Industry.
- Import logistics experience preferred.
- General computer skills including MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to properly handle confidential information
- Possess good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
