Position Overview:
The Trust Administration Paralegal supports attorneys by handling trust administration processes, client communications, and legal documentation. This role involves preparing legal documents, assisting trustees in managing estates, and coordinating with external professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze trust provisions and prepare attorney summaries.
- Draft and process trust-related documents (e.g., Certification of Trust, Affidavits, Grant Deeds).
- Assist trustees with legal and financial requirements.
- Communicate with attorneys, appraisers, tax preparers, and financial professionals.
- Manage estate valuation, inventory, and trust distributions.
- Provide probate support, court filing, and legal documentation preparation.
- Maintain client records, handle administrative tasks, and ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certificate required.
- Strong knowledge of trust administration and estate planning.
- Excellent communication, document drafting, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal software.
- CA Notary Public certification preferred.
- Valid CA driver’s license for client meetings and notarization.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
